Anastasis P. Sifounios is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Sifounios Law Firm, where he represents individuals, businesses, property owners, and insurers in complex litigation matters involving personal injury, property damage, construction disputes, and insurance-related claims.

Mr. Sifounios brings a unique combination of legal experience and technical expertise to his practice. Before entering the legal profession, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Management from the New York Institute of Technology and worked in the construction and development industry on multimillion-dollar projects throughout New York City's five boroughs, as well as Nassau and Suffolk Counties. His firsthand experience managing large-scale construction projects provides him with valuable insight into the technical, contractual, and practical issues that often arise in construction-related disputes and accident cases.

Mr. Sifounios earned his Juris Doctor from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro University and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Throughout his legal career, he has successfully represented clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, achieving favorable settlements and litigation outcomes through strategic advocacy, meticulous case preparation, and aggressive representation.

Prior to founding his own practice, Mr. Sifounios handled complex property damage, subrogation, insurance defense, and construction defect matters, representing clients in claims arising from personal injury, Auto Accidents, fires, floods, explosions, product failures, and construction-related losses. This experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of accident investigation, causation analysis, damages assessment, and the litigation process.

Known for his analytical mindset, practical approach, and unwavering commitment to client advocacy, Mr. Sifounios works closely with each client to understand their goals and pursue the best possible outcome. His engineering background, combined with extensive litigation experience, allows him to effectively navigate technically complex cases while providing clear guidance and strong representation throughout every stage of the legal process.
